This beautiful Moorish-style, 6-unit condo building is located on the hillside in a safe and charming neighbourhood in the downtown “Centro” area of Puerto Vallarta, the friendliest city in Mexico.

Behind the gated entrance lies a lush, tropical retreat with views from the pool and rooftop deck of Banderas Bay and the red-tiled rooftops of downtown Vallarta. A few short blocks away are the Malecon ocean boardwalk, restaurants, cantinas, art galleries, cafes and boutiques.

Condo Ibiza 2 is a Spanish-tiled traditional Mexican-style Vallarta vacation condo that has been updated and is well-presented and equipped with all the comforts of home including an air conditioner. Recently decorated and furnished, the living/dining room includes hand-made Mexican coffee/side tables, a rattan dining set as well as a modern queen sofa bed and 2 banquettes that can provide families with an alternative sleeping option. There is also a wall-mounted SMART TV with Roku, Wi-Fi wireless internet with booster, Google Nest, DVD player and ceiling fan.

For those who like to cook, there is a bright, well-equipped kitchen that includes a stainless steel stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, Bodum, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dinnerware and water dispenser.

At the rear of Condo Ibiza 2, is the bedroom with built-in closets, wall safe, new ductless AC mini split with remote, ceiling fan and French doors that lead to a private patio complete with a bistro set and recliners. There is also a stackable washer/dryer and an on-demand water heater. Condo Ibiza #2 in Puerto Vallarta is an ideal vacation rental for a single, couple or a family (2 adults and up to 2 children).
