In addition, our furnished apartments, condos and houses offer a perfect housing solution for those travelling to Oakville, Hamilton, Mississauga or Toronto and are ideal for guests looking for extended stays of 90 days or more. The exceptions are our condos where management requires a one-year lease.
Burlington-based, RSA Furnished Rentals’ all-inclusive policy means that our price includes heat, hydro, hi-speed internet access and private parking.
$3,975.00 per month inclusive of all utilities – heating, air-conditioning, hydro, cable TV, hi-speed internet access and private parking. No Smoking. First month’s rent, one month’s rent as refundable security/damage deposit, VISA credit card record plus one-time $250 cleaning/laundry fee required.
